PEREGRINE ACCESS

Intelligence should lead
to better access.

Peregrine Access is the evidence-led opportunity network being built for qualifying participants. Projects move through discovery, diligence, published evidence, eligibility and post-launch monitoring before reaching an Access window.

1

Discover

Scout and research identify candidate projects and opportunities.

2

Diligence

Defined checks cover contracts, team/entity evidence, token distribution, vesting, liquidity, treasury, creator history, manipulation and conflicts.

3

Approve

Peregrine publishes evidence and only selected opportunities may proceed to an Access window.

4

Allocate

Eligibility uses the Access Passport and a capped waterfall, giving qualifying participants priority under published capacity rules.

5

Monitor

Post-launch monitoring tracks material changes, wallet behavior, liquidity and Covenant obligations where applicable.

Access Passport • 0–100

40% time-weighted PERE commitment • 25% Peregrine participation • 20% Access conduct/reputation • 15% Founder/contribution modifiers.

Time-Weighted Commitment

Commitment uses time weighting and diminishing returns. Wallet balance alone cannot produce a 100/100 score.

Capped Waterfall

Round 1 base opportunity → Round 2 remaining capacity by Access Score band → Round 3 unused-allocation waterfall, with wallet/economic-cluster caps.

Access Levels

Scout • Falcon • Strike • Founder. Opportunity-specific rules, verification and jurisdictional restrictions still apply.

Founder Modifier

FIRST FLIGHT participants receive a time-boxed Founder Access Passport modifier and priority Access window where permitted, with allocations governed by published capacity rules.

Sybil / Cluster Controls

Linked wallets may be grouped as one economic actor when evidence is sufficient, reducing simple wallet-splitting advantages.

Evidence Dossier

Each eligible Access opportunity is intended to publish a defined evidence dossier covering the checks performed, material findings, unresolved unknowns and conflicts before an Access window opens.

COVENANT + BOND

Projects should have
skin in the game too.

Access v1.0 includes a Peregrine Covenant framework and an optional PERE Bond. Projects may be required to disclose team/entity information, token allocation, vesting, treasury wallets, liquidity setup, market-maker arrangements, paid promotion, material admin powers, related insider wallets and material post-review changes. Covenant commitments may include no hidden minting or blacklist controls, no undisclosed transfer restrictions, no deliberate wash trading or project-controlled fake volume, and cooperation with post-launch monitoring.

Objective breach examples can include falsified documentation, undisclosed insider wallets, project-controlled wash manipulation, prohibited LP removal, undisclosed contract/tokenomics changes or other Covenant violations. A token-price decline, market crash, commercial failure, ordinary roadmap delay without deception, or Peregrine analysis being wrong is not by itself a breach. Determinations follow Flag → Evidence → Project response → Determination → Appeal → Execution. The Bond is not insurance and does not guarantee participant reimbursement.

VETTING INTEGRITY

Payment cannot buy a better conclusion.

Projects may pay legitimate diligence, service or integration fees, but payment must never buy a better risk score or favorable conclusion. Material conflicts should be disclosed. “Vetted by Peregrine” means defined checks were completed — it does not mean risk-free or endorsed as an investment.

PROJECT PARTNERS

Building something real?

Early-stage teams can submit evidence for the Peregrine Access diligence pipeline. Submission starts a review; it does not guarantee a favorable conclusion, Access placement, allocation or endorsement.
