PUBLIC DRAFT — EXTERNAL LEGAL REVIEW PENDING
CRYPTO, PERE & ACCESS RISK

Risk must remain
visible.

This disclosure is not exhaustive and does not replace jurisdiction-specific legal, tax or financial advice.

Loss, price and liquidity risk

PERE may lose substantial or all value. Markets may have insufficient depth, wide spreads, suspended trading or no viable exit. A future listing or liquid market is not guaranteed.

Smart-contract and blockchain risk

Contracts can contain vulnerabilities or behave unexpectedly. Congestion, chain reorganizations, MEV, validator/RPC failures, phishing, malicious approvals or compromised wallets can cause irreversible loss.

Audit status risk

An independent third-party audit is not yet represented as complete. Internal unit, fuzz, invariant and static-analysis work reduces some risk but is not equivalent to an external audit. An audit also cannot guarantee absence of vulnerabilities.

TGE and vesting risk

Claims are unavailable until TGE. The official planned TGE date is 1 January 2027; the on-chain timestamp remains unset pending final confirmation. Buyer allocations vest according to the active stage. Unlocks can increase tradable supply and may create market pressure.

Data, model and manipulation risk

Scout, Shield, Manipulation Radar, Strike Window, Proof and related outputs can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Wash trading, Sybil wallets, bots, insider clusters and social manipulation can create false signals.

Project and Access risk

A project that passes Peregrine checks may still fail, underperform or breach commitments. Access eligibility never guarantees allocation, profitability or reimbursement. Covenant/Bond mechanisms are not insurance.

Regulatory and tax risk

Token classification, AML/KYC requirements, tax treatment and permitted jurisdictions can change. Participation can be limited or unavailable based on legal, sanctions or provider requirements.

No guarantees

Peregrine does not guarantee returns, appreciation, listings, yields, APY, allocation, liquidity, security, project delivery, loss reimbursement or regulatory treatment. Users make their own decisions and should independently evaluate risk.
