RC1.9 uses GoPlus enrichment on Base and RugCheck enrichment on Solana, Manipulation Radar v1.1 sampled funding-graph evidence, and Strike Window v1.0 Alpha. Common-funder and linked-wallet fields are populated only when direct sampled evidence supports them; unobserved or unavailable relationships remain UNKNOWN. Shared service-wallet funding is excluded from manipulation percentages where the funder can be identified. Strong momentum does not override credible severe security or manipulation evidence.
