Clear rules for
FIRST FLIGHT.
Effective version: H7 public draft • October 2026.
I have read and agree to the Terms of Sale and Risk Disclosure.
1. Operator and status
These Terms of Sale apply to PERE public presale participation made through Peregrine Intelligence LLC and the canonical Base Mainnet H7 contracts. FIRST FLIGHT is live on Base Mainnet for eligible participants through the official purchase interface, and the administrative contracts are Safe-owned. The official planned TGE date is 1 January 2027; the on-chain TGE timestamp remains unset until final confirmation.
2. Eligibility and restricted access
Participation is available only where permitted. Peregrine may require age, identity, sanctions, jurisdiction, AML/KYC, source-of-funds or other checks and may restrict or refuse access where required by law, provider rules or risk controls.
3. Nature of PERE
PERE is a cryptoasset intended for ecosystem participation, access and utility. No representation is made that PERE will appreciate, be listed on an exchange, maintain liquidity, produce income, provide ownership in Peregrine Intelligence LLC, or guarantee access to any opportunity.
4. Purchase mechanics
The purchase system supports Base native USDC and routed USDT settlement. The canonical PERE ERC-20 token contract is separate from the purchase contract. FIRST FLIGHT purchases execute through the canonical H7 Presale at 0x1Bb96B12ba6a6f4E3A586fC3f5bd95C49d8e600e; successful purchases allocate PERE through Public Vesting according to the active stage. Routed USDT uses the Payment Router and USDT Adapter before Presale settlement. Settlement proceeds are transferred to the Treasury Safe; they are not represented as escrowed and the contracts do not provide an automatic purchaser-refund mechanism after a valid live purchase.
5. TGE and vesting
Claims are unavailable before TGE. The official planned TGE date is 1 January 2027. The on-chain TGE timestamp is intentionally not set yet; once configured it is one-time and must be a future timestamp. Buyer vesting depends on the stage in which the allocation is made. The published tokenomics page and canonical contract state should be checked before participation.
6. Stage progression
Stage progression is build-gated. Each stage requires its frozen milestone and either at least 7 days open or a sold-out stage. Fundraising amount, token price, marketing activity and exchange listing are not stage-unlock conditions.
7. Referral allocations
Referral rewards use a separate 20M PERE vault, are subject to anti-abuse rules and caps, and follow same-stage vesting. Referral participation does not create a right to payment beyond valid on-chain allocation under the active rules.
8. Audit and security status
Independent third-party audit work is intended to begin as early as funding reasonably permits. It may begin or complete during FIRST FLIGHT; FALCON / Stage 2 is the target/default window if not completed earlier. Internal tests are not equivalent to an independent audit, and no audit can guarantee that contracts are vulnerability-free.
9. Risks
Participation involves smart-contract, blockchain, market, liquidity, operational, wallet, data, regulatory and tax risks, including possible total loss. The Risk Disclosure forms part of these Terms and should be read before any purchase.
10. No investment advice or guarantees
Peregrine research, signals, dashboards and product outputs are informational. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Peregrine does not guarantee returns, appreciation, allocation, liquidity, listing, project delivery or regulatory treatment.
11. Wallet responsibility
You are responsible for your wallet, device, credentials, transaction review and address verification. Peregrine will never require your seed phrase or private key. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible.
12. Changes, governing terms and legal review
These public sale terms remain a public draft subject to external legal/compliance review. Material changes will be published before they apply to new purchases. Applicable-law, dispute and consumer-right provisions will be finalized as required.
