on-chain reality.
Effective date: Draft — September 2026.
DATED TECHNICAL DISCLOSURE · 26 OCT 2026
SCOUT BETA DATA USE NOTE · 26 OCTOBER 2026
Scout research may display and process public wallet addresses, on-chain swaps, pools, transaction identifiers and timestamps. Public blockchain records are inherently visible and may be retained by external RPC/indexing providers. Displaying a transaction address is not proof of the identity or beneficial owner of the participant. Peregrine should not infer an individual identity from a cluster without separately justified evidence.
Scout uses external data infrastructure and may make requests to a separate Scout gateway. Browser/network requests may disclose routine technical connection data to infrastructure providers; consult their policies where appropriate. This explanation does not claim data erasure from a public blockchain or set a new retention period. The full draft remains subject to specialist privacy/legal review.
1. Scope and operator
This policy describes how Peregrine Intelligence LLC may collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data when you visit peregrineintel.co, join a waitlist, communicate with us or use Peregrine services.
2. Data we may collect
Contact data; account/profile information if introduced; wallet addresses and public blockchain activity; technical logs, IP/device/browser information and timestamps; product usage data; identity/eligibility information if required for Access or future token-sale compliance; and information from service providers or public blockchains.
3. Purposes
Operate and secure products; provide support and communications; run fraud, abuse, Sybil and manipulation controls; determine Access eligibility; meet legal, tax, sanctions, AML/KYC, audit or recordkeeping obligations where applicable; and analyze product usage subject to applicable notice/consent requirements.
4. Public blockchain data
Blockchain information is inherently public and may be replicated by independent networks and third parties. Peregrine cannot erase records from a public blockchain merely because a user requests deletion from Peregrine systems.
5. Sharing and international processing
Data may be shared with hosting, email, analytics, security, RPC/indexing and professional service providers; Access/verification providers where necessary and disclosed; government authorities where legally required; or a legitimate successor entity. Infrastructure may operate across multiple countries.
6. Retention and security
Personal data should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service, security, dispute, tax, audit or legal obligations. Proof records and public blockchain evidence may be retained longer to preserve auditability. No internet, wallet or blockchain system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, users may have rights relating to access, correction, erasure and consent withdrawal. Requests: support@peregrineintel.co.
8. Children and cookies
Peregrine is not designed for children. Access and token-related services, if launched, are intended only for users meeting applicable age and legal-capacity requirements. Non-essential tracking should be deployed only with appropriate notice/consent where required.
